[Rseding91][2.0.14] result_is_always_fresh = true is not working on hand craft.

1. Modding add recipe with result_is_always_fresh = true
2. If recipe use on hand than result is not 100% fresh instead it hold on ingridient.(it ok when crafing on machine)
3. Result should fresh even crafting on hand
4. on hnad crafting, alway.
