[2.0.14][SA] Desync (entity ghosts; construction robots)

Im playing Factorio Spaceage 2.0.14 on a Server (6core AMD64, 64ram). I was the only player conntected and was running around on Fulgora.

Shortly before i placed some blueprints for Traintracks (mostly elevated). I was done doing that and clicked something -> got suprised with the sudden dsync and forgot what i was doing before :-/

I am going to mark this as duplicate of 123181. In this specific case the desync was triggered by placing ramp ghost on the far left end of the bridge on fulgora.
