[Genhis][2.0.13] Crash when making a orbital request with an invalid item in ChooseOrbitalRequestButton

Reproduction steps:
  1. Open Space platform hub UI
  2. Open Factoriopedia
  3. Find any invalid item in Factoriopedia (e.g. anything in the Unsorted tab) and press Q to take it as a ghost item into your hand
  4. Drop it in an oribtal request slot
  5. The game immediately crashes
Judging from the stack trace, it seems that it cannot obtain rocket capacity for the item (as it doesn't really have any defined)
