Boskid made test ArtilleryWagonMuzzleFlashPosition and assigned me, but I don't want to go down this rabbit hole.

Alternatively you can reassign this to Dan since it looks like this involves TriggerContext.

After I saw the gun barrel being rendered under the fences, I started to agree with that solution (but didn't end up fixing it that way)
