[Rseding91] [2.0.13] asteroid collector set filters tooltip refers to inserter

hovering over the "Set filters" checkbox in the circuit connection ui of the asteroid collector shows the tooltip "Sets the inserter filters based on the signals from the circuit network."
as i don't think of the asteroid collector as an inserter, i expected something like "asteroid chunk filter" instead of "inserter filters" in the tooltip following the naming the asteroid collector ui, or a more generic name not referring to inserters
now that i think about it, "Set filters" is plural and "Asteroid chunk filter" is singular, they probably should match
