[2.0.12] Error sound copying settings from inserter to assembler successfully

When you copy settings from the inserter with "enabled condition" to a wired assembler, the enabled condition is transferred, but error sound is played as if such action is not possible.

Thanks for the report. This is extremally minor, but i fixed this for 2.0.15.
