Steps to reproduce: 1. make sure you have at least 10 mods to update of at least 20mb total (otherwise you wont be able to see it easily). 2. open the game (via any method). 3. click "mods" on the title screen. 4. click "updates" at the top of the mod screen. (before we move onto step 5, i'd like to warn you you need to be quick for step 6). 5. click update selected. 6. hover your mouse over the mod at the bottom of the list for updating.
what happened: the yellow highlight box you get when hovering over mods goes away when the mod moves out of the way, but the black text under the highlight box goes with the mod, not the highlight box.
what i expected: the black text goes away with the yellow highlight box
this is consistent, and can be done multiple times at once and can be observed multiple times at once. (however once all your mods are updated you cant do it again for a bit (or get good screenshots))
notes: I cant provide a save file, as this bug happens in the main menu/mod manager (haven't actually tested mod manager). due to the nature of this bug, i think it might be operating system dependent but i cant confirm this (use windows if you cant get it working on linux/mac)

Re: [2.0.11][windows] Black text leaving yellow highlight boxes on mod update screen
I caught that: Had the HighTech mod selected, after the first mod was updated, the text for it got black, the selection stayed in the location (like an old reported issue that is marked as won't fix). The black text of the previously selected mod is new though.
Also, could you make it work, that if all updated mods are disabled, confirm does not restart factorio? I'm not sure why I need to restart because if I want to enable the mods, I need to restart again already?
