[Rseding91] Middle-click as "craft all" doesn't work

Hello, in 1.1 I had the "middle-click" bound to "craft all", but this no longer seems to work in 2.0+space age. I have configured my settings so that "craft all" is the only thing that "middle-click" is bound to, still no dice. This issue seems similar to another I found about mouse buttons 4 and 5, but I don't know what middle click would overlap with
