[pard] [2.0.9] Logistic Network Embargo achievement un-completed itself / revoked (MR)

With the 2.0.9 update my logistic network embargo achievement un-completed itself in my save. I still have the achievement on steam but in my vanilla save where I've already started researching science from another planet the achievement is now not completed.

I know its been changed so this may not be a bug, however all the other achievements i already have on steam were auto completed when i made the save, including Logistic network embargo so I thought it strange that it un-completed after the update.

Save is Vanilla with Space Age DLC enabled.

As i said above; I still have it on steam so its a minor issue, just wanted to post it as its the first thing I've found in space age that i couldn't find a report on already.

The same bug in 2.0.11 still, and ever more: if i complete "Logistic Network Embargo" achievement on vanilla save, then load the game when it's not completed - it gets automatically un-completed again. Not tested on Space Age save still.

I have the same problem (2.0.11), I saw this achievement was not completed anymore. Luckily I still had a save from a few years ago where I got that achievement, so I could get the achievement again with little issue, just quickly research any space science, and the achievement unlocks. However, when quitting the session (to menu or to desktop, does not make a difference), the achievement is gone again.
I tried both getting it with Space Age mod loaded and not loaded. And in fact when loading my space with Space Age enabled the achievement does not even unlock (also does not say failed).
