[kovarex] [2.0.9] Belt overbuild issue

SpaceAge, no mods, 5 players (save generated at 2.0.7, then upgrated to 2.0.8).
Save and autosaves don't load (6 auto saves every 10 minutes).

After upgrading to the 2.0.9, the server did start, but on connect:

One of the five players here. I was able to find what was causing the problem after saving the game. There were coordinates pasted in the log that I was able to track back to our base on Vulcanus. Tbh I have no clue what caused to place the belt that way, but it was placed by a different player (our friend) between an underground tunnel placed by me, and a transport belt also placed by me. It caused a visual glitch as well. . Destroying it was able to fix the problem.

I have a very similar bug with the transport belt not being connected, though have only been playing single player. Here is my save incase that helps. Though it was fine while playing, I can no longer load that save game, as it produces the same error.

Yes, I was actually thinking about it, as the fix is kind of educational, we had different ways this can get broken and I fixed one after another, increasing the "local maximum", while the proper fix was to restructure the flow of the code instead, which I finally did yesterday.
