I crafted a Quality module 2 (Rare) and while it shows it should add +3.2% to Quality, slotting it into assembling machine only shows +0.2% increase.
Unsure if this is just a display bug, or if the module doesn't work as it should.

Likely you have a speed beacon nearby.

I am going to shove this straight into Not a bug because you are not showing all the relevant details and the tooltip clearly shows that issue is on your end.
By having +55% speed and Beacon x1 i can tell you what happened: you have 1 beacon with 2 normal speed-module-1 that give you +60% speed effect but also -3% quality effect. Given the +3.2% effect from quality modules (and -5% speed from it), 3% gets cancelled out and you are left with +0.2%.

I somehow forgot to put 2+2 together. You are correct it's caused by the beacon and it's not a bug, it just confused me how the first module put added +0.2%, and second module worked normally, since the -3% from the beacon is not explicity stated.
