I created and attached a minimum save game using Rocket Rush mode for easy setup and cheated in an infinite accumulator.

1. Load the save game, make sure it's daytime (far left light should be off).

-- The first light is not on any network, off because it's daytime.
-- The second light is on the logistics network, on because the condition is true.
-- The third light was added to the logistics network same as second light, then connected to the constant combinator. On because wired condition is true.
-- The fourth light is in the bugged state already. It was set up like the third light and then the wire was disconnected. It is "turned off during daytime".

2. Disconnect the third light's red wire from the constant combinator.

Expected: The third light should reconnect to the logistics network and be on and white.
Actual: The third light is off. The UI for the light shows that it is connected to the logistics network.

Thanks for the report. Issue will be fixed in 2.0.
