[1.1.101] Deletion of incorrect save with keyboard navigation in save deletion UI

What did you do?
I tried to delete a save from the 'load game' page, and accidentally hit the up arrow right before clicking 'Delete'.

What happened?
The save above the one I had initially selected was deleted.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The save I had selected (and that was still shown in the 'confirmation' dialog box) would be deleted.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Every time in my testing.

If you can reproduce the issue provide the exact steps!
1. Navigate to the Load game UI.
2. Select a save with another save above (or below) it
3. Click the red trash can icon
4. Press up arrow (or down)
5. Click delete

Screen recording attached if anything here is unclear (video is in .100 from early testing, but I noticed no differences between the two versions).
