The notification icon appeared behind

Render on top of the tab icon
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always, when the icon for the tab is big enough
If you can reproduce the issue provide the exact steps!
Start the attached map, run /c game.player.force.research_all_technologies(), look at the icon for the water treatment tab
