[Genhis] [1.1.72] Recipe icon layers beyond layer 1 get tinted with a machine's ghost tint

The barrels recipe icons are made of several layers. All layers except the first one (the metallic circles around the barrels) get tinted red or green when placing a machine. For comparison the gear recipe (single layer icon) does not get tinted.

Some modded examples:

1) The blue cube is the first layer and does not get tinted. The blue cylinder and the "1" digits are layers 2 and 3 and get tinted.
2) The grey cylinder is the first layer and does not get tinted. The grey dot on top is layer 2 and gets tinted.

Yes, I know that "Icon layers are borderline unusable except for the case in vanilla for which they were added (barrel recipes)" but this *does* affect barrel recipes, so surely it's of interest?
