Placement of filtered items is not consistent after un-equip and re-equip.
Items don't update and check if a spot is filtered after equipping armor.
Only tested with power armor mk1.
Placement fixes itself after interaction with any item in inventory.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 1.1.62
