If you change the inventory size in the editor controller prototype, the new inventory size will not take effect in existing games. You have to start a new game for it to work.
To reproduce:
- Create a new save
- Enter the map editor
- Save the game
- Adjust the map editor's inventory slots in the editor controller prototype
- Boot the game and load the save
- The editor inventory is still at the old size
As an aside, having a way to adjust the editor inventory size at runtime would be awesome.

Thanks for the report. The size not changing is intentional since it was eventually my plan to let the inventory size be adjustable runtime. I never got around to that however so maybe I'll move this to ideas and suggestions.
