Built-in personal roboport (or something) in sandbox+cheat mode.

I think it would be extremely useful to have a "built-in" personal roboport that was always active when playing in sandbox mode w/ cheat mode enabled.
Currently the only way to activate paste, blueprint, and rail planner functionality in this mode is to construct a logistics network on the map (plus supporting infrastructure like power and chests), which is generally doable, but always kind of a pain.
Sandbox mode is super useful for testing, debugging, etc. but not having readily available access to copy+paste and blueprints is a bummer.
The "built-in" roboport could mostly function like a normal personal roboport -- using bots from inventory and such -- but have no limit on the number of bots that can be used or simultaneously charged. The roboport range could be the usual MK2 range or whatever, centered on the center of the screen. It should still be able to be enabled/disabled with the personal roboport toggle button.
As a complete alternative to this, making paste, blueprint, and rail planner construct things (and destruct things, like cliffs and trees in the way) directly in this game mode (i.e. direct construction on ghosts) would also accomplish the end goal.
That said I kind of feel like I might be missing something so if there's already a way to do all this somebody let me know.
My current version: 0.17.79
