Gfx glitch when placing landfill?

Windows, v2.0.72. Pyanadons mod, fwiw.
First I placed landfill on the left, in a vertical motion.
Then I placed landfill on the right, in a horizontal motion.
I don't know why the texture coordinates seem to be screwed up in the second pass.

I'm not seeing anything broken here. It looks like the landfill ghosts on the left side have a roboport in range and have robots assigned to work on them - while the landfill ghosts on the right do not and so have the standard "no robot assigned, wave ghost effect" applied.
Unless I'm missing something?

So I think looking at the picture.
On the left hand side, the landfill is submerged in the water, its edges are benith the water only the top of the landfill is at surface level.
On the right hand side, the landfill is on top of the water, its edges are above the water, making them look like islands.
