Not sure why this started happening today.

Inserter is not frozen, has power, has no filters, has no circuit conditions.

Cargo landing pad has plenty of open spots.

Post the save file, the log and add the version to the title please, see 3638.

Not a bug. Cargo landing pads do not accept item insertions, they are output only.
