[0.12.6] [kovarex] Scrolling with mouse wheel only on scroll bar

When lists in game (like items for production etc.) get very long scrollbar appears.

It seems that mouse wheel scrolling works only when you actually mouse over scrollbar itself. It won't work if you are pointing at the item area.
Seems like a bug or at least behavior thats different than usual handling of scroll wheel.

I've noticed this too, and agree that although it may not be a bug, it is something that should be fixed.

Thanks for the report, it is now fixed for 0.12.7, and yes, it was really annoying and it feels much better now
