Reproduction:

- Open Factorio
- Ensure full screen is enabled
- Go to "Mods" and enable one
- Click "Confirm" which will restart Factorio
- Observe that the first full screen window is still there

It appears black in the preview (seen in the attached screenshot) but if you go to it then it shows the mod-list screen from just before the restart, but with no responsiveness.

If you try to un-fullscreen the blank window then it disappears. When you quit the real factorio window, all blank windows disappear.

This is on 1.1.2 and macOS Big Sur (11.0) but the same behaviour was present in 1.0 and macOS Catalina (10.15), and probably before.

Thanks for the info. It looks like it will be fixed in the next version of SDL then...

This is (FINALLY) fixed in 2.0.17.
