[0.11.18] Blueprint does not ignore player

Blueprints ignore items marked for deconstruction, but not players. You can force-place a blueprint around a player, but it leaves a gap.

Blueprints should ignore players too.

I strongly support this. Some blueprints are really big, and it's hard to move out of them just to be able to place them.

Agreed, Ghost placement of any kind should ignore the player, blueprint or otherwise.

I have to admit, it annoyed me as well.

The ghost (blueprint) building now (for 0.11.19) ignores player vehicles and units (biters).
