[1.0.0] Walls against cliffs stay attached to cliff after using cliff explosives

In my base, created in 0.17.79, I had some walls adjacent(and connected) to a cliff. I used cliff explosives to destroy the cliff, and the walls stayed in the same state, as if they were still connected to the cliff.

I then tested this in a new 1.0.0 world, where it worked the same way.

I then returned to my original world, and tested to see if they would change when I interacted with them. The physical hitbox pushed me away, so it's not just graphical, and also, when I placed walls next to the glitched ones, and then broke them, the walls stayed glitched.

After looking at those duplicate posts, I can't see why the wall shouldn't return to normal after this:

- Screenshot (135).png (2.8 MiB) Viewed 882 times
Under normal circumstances, it should look like this:

- Screenshot (138).png (3.12 MiB) Viewed 882 times

- Screenshot (139).png (3.1 MiB) Viewed 882 times
But it doesn't. The game is able to change the wall's state if there was a wall next to it, but not if there was a cliff next to it. This is inconsistent, because walls update other walls around them whenever they are broken/placed

It's unnecessary complexity and code for something that just doesn't matter in the end.
