Power poles building incorrectly after having been deconstructed

Apparently its wasn't completely fixed (ref. 68725)

To reproduce:

Build a vertical line of inserters
Drag power poles along the line
Deconstruct some poles
Drag again

Here's a short replay.

Hi, thanks for the details, now I am finally able to reproduce it. This issue is not new though, it was there already before the recent changes. Not easy to solve, but I will get there.
