[0.17.24] Graphical performace issues with "alt" mode

Since 0.17 version I started to experience FPS issues when alt mode that displays factory information is ON.
It should be mentioned that FPS hit is not hard WHEN the screen is zoomed out, but when I zoom in with alt mode being turned on the FPS drops by a significant margin.

I believe this is an issue since:
- Zooming in should decrease load on the GPU, and not increase
- I haven't experienced FPS issues with alt mode in any other version of Factorio (prior to 0.17.x)
