Modder's worst enemy...: Blueprints!

1. You can't check if an entity has a ghost that is connected to it with circuit wires, same goes for ghosts connected with an already existing entity
2. You can't place ghost wires by script.. (and not even by hand)
3. It would be nice if entities had some custom data field to save our stuff within blueprints
4. Sub-entities would be great, so when an object consists of multiple entities they should get placed by the blueprint to have their wire connections restored.
