[0.17.4] Crash after canceling research in queue

Hi,
The game is constantly crashing when I cancel Worker robot speed 10 and close the research window after.
The fun thing is I have only Worker robot speed 9 available and I have two "Worker robot speed 10" types of research in my queue:
