Periodic Desync on a vanilla LAN game

My friend and I have been playing for a few months on a LAN map with no mods enabled. We're many hours into the game and have just begun experiencing an error that says "Desync *player name* will rejoin" or something along those lines and then we have to wait a long time for the map to save and then have the non-host redownload the entire map.
I couldn't find a thread on the forum for someone who was having desync problems without using any mods, I'm sorry if this seems like a duplicate post.
I also tried reading the desync report but I dont know enough about the game's programming to understand what the problem was so I attached the log from the report. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please also upload the desync report, it should be in a folder called archive in the Application Support/factorio folder and named like desync-report-2017-03-xx_xx-xx-xx.zip.
It will only be present if you allowed the non-host to finish the second (larger) map download after the desync, if you were the non-host it should be in /Users/rpecka/Library/Application Support/factorio/archive.
I see that you are running on a mac Steam client, what OS did the server (host) run on?

Do either one of you have 2+ blueprint books with the same amount of blueprints inside them?

The file was too big for the forum, here's a google drive link:

The server is running on Windows 10 using the Steam client, but I don't think this is the problem as we've been playing for a long time and the problem has only started recently.

I have one book with 7 or 8 prints and my friend has two books, one with 15-20 prints and one with 8-9 prints. Neither of us has ever changed the name of a print or a book.
