Concrete placement, by hand(manual) or by robot there is diffrent beheave near water.

When placing concrete by hand near water, there seems to be a minimal distance of 2or3 that you can't place concrete.
When you make a blueprint of concrete, and paste it near water, your able to concrete those places..
One of the 2 above seems to be wrong.

The image "With robots" you can see that robots can place near water.

The image without robots, you can see the diffrence (i later pasted the blueprint over it, so robots can fill it in)

No, it's limited just like manual building is.

Can you reproduce it without any mods? Because I suspect a mod you're using is changing things.

I have tested it in a older save game, a mod should have changed it.
However i like it more when it is filled to the water. Its that squary there.
