TL;DR

Tesla ammo should be removed, Tesla gun should use suit power.

What?

Tesla ammo is really weird, in that its non-personal turret does not use the ammo. Also, it is substantially more expensive than any other handheld weapon ammo, taking holmium, which also means it has to be shipped rather than produced on nauvis/gleba.

For consistencies sake, the personal railgun should use railgun rounds *and* suit power.

Why?

Consistency, mostly, and it would be cool for weapons to be able to require suit power instead of/in addition to ammo.
