When I have a stale (0 items remaining) construction item request on a space platform, it blocks fulfilling requested deliveries of that item to other space platforms.
My use case was Space Platform Foundations that were requested previously, but now that the space factory grew it didn't deliver new ones until I toggled "Auto request missing construction materials" off (and then back on the old delivery order was purged).

Related, requesting an item from other space platforms also blocks delivering that item to other space platforms in general. For example I want to request 1k piercing rounds magazines, and also deliver them when the platform has produced more than that. Not sure if the block there is a bug or a feature.

Thanks for the report. I believe this is duplicate of 135042 which is resolved for the next release.

With future reports please follow 3638, absolute minimum being including game version at which you observed a bug, not having this creates a lot of confusion when classifying bugs.
