Mod showing up in the mods GUI for Factorio 2.0 as a listed dependency that shouldn't be there

Factorio 2.0 base game, Space Exploration + Combat Mechanics Overhaul.
I have made a mod and was looking at compatability issues regarding Elevated Rails, as requetsed in a discusion thread.
I saw in the SE mods menu that there is a 1.1 Elevated Rails as a dependency. As such I tried to find this mod to update it for 2.0.
After looking into things a little more online I couldn't find anything - othe than it saying Elevated Rails had been migrated to the Space Age expansion.
But I was left wondering why this redirect was still taking me to an unlisted mod for Factorio 1.1 as I was trying to find the file. See below.
The above mod is what shows when clicking on the related dependecy in the image below.
I visited the Earendel Discord server and was recommended to mark this as a bug on the in-game menu.I got a response from the mod author, Quezler, that they believe it is the non-expansion executable.

It does online in all other instances; not in this menu. So this may be a bug in the mod manager.
