[2.1.8] Space platform requests with max amount don‘t work

If I request an Item (e.g. Holmium Plates for Aquilo) and I request 1000 Holmium Plates, but set the max amount to e.g. 1200 , if then, I have let‘s say 900 Holmium Plates over from last trip because Aquilo needed less than there was on the ship, if then Holmium Plates are requested, the station deadlocks itself because it tries to fill a rocket and because of the limit it isn‘t able to completely fill it so the rocket doesn‘t start. Please also note that this is only since 2.1, in 2.0 it just sent up a full rocket
The save is with cheats on, as it was a test server
As you can see, in the infinity chest(which is set to passive provider) has enough holmium plates to fill a rocket. But as 1100 are requested and 1200 is the maximum, it just says „not enough to fill one rocket“.
However, if you put down the minimum loading amount equal to or lower than the difference between what is on the platform and the maximum, it works.
