Exclude/Include only specific buildings from upgrade cancellation

Hi all,

In my quest to quality-ify my base I accidentally over-extended too long ago and I don't want to go back to a much earlier save...

My problem is that I want to cancel the upgrade operation I have placed on every beacon in my base.

Many of them have already upgraded successfully and I do not want these ones to downgrade (in large part because I have already recycled the upgraded ones...)

I do not want to cancel upgrade orders on anything else.

I really don't want to go through and un-mark each beacon manually.

I would have expected that placing the upgrade order I want to cancel in an upgrade planner and then shift+left click dragging it across my whole base would work but no ... that tries to cancel every upgrade order, not just the ones I have put in the planner.

Am I missing something obvious or does the functionality I am looking for not exist?

Thank you.

shift + click will roll back an upgrade/deconstruct action. For example, if you deconstruct some cliffs, shift + click will make it so they won't deconstruct. If you have to be specific an upgrade planner can be set up with filters so it only affects beacons.

You get an upgrade planner by left clicking on the upgrade icon then placing the planner in an inventory (the players or the games blueprints sections). Right clicking on it will then let you mask upgrades or downgrades in.

Thanks, but I know how to create planners and how to use shift click.

What I am looking to find out is if there is any functionality existing that allows you to use shift click to cancel only *specific* upgrades, rather than every single upgrade under the selection rectangle.
