[2.0.72] Crash loading specific save (TargetingLogic::findNearestEnemy)

Yeah, I'm back with another possible Everything Spoilage-related bug.

- What did I do: Saved a game, exited the game, tried to load it again.
- What happened: Game crashed before the save could be fully loaded.
- What did I expect to happen instead: Load the save. Earlier autosaves based on the same run still load fine, and I've changed nothing about mods or settings in the meantime.
- Does it happen once, always, or sometimes: Every time, but only for this specific save file.

Attached are logs from a load attempt, the broken save (NP07.2 Everything Spoilage), and the most recent autosave from before the bad save was created.

Mods used: Bottleneck Lite, Everything Spoilage (Random mode), Rate Calculator, Realistic Decoration Cleanup
