After finishing the game for the first time by launching a rocket and clicking "Finish" on the victory screen, I wasn't awarded any achievements (in my case, this applied to "Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast", "So long and thanks for all the fish" and "Raining bullets". It likely applies to all achievements triggering on rocket launch). I was expecting to get them, since I did indeed launch a rocket while meeting all the conditions for these achievements.

When I loaded last autosave, launched a rocket again and clicked "Continue" after winning the game, I was awarded the achievements.

It happened just once, and I don't know how to "unearn" an achievement (without wiping everything and having to beat the game again) so I could test whether it happens always, or was some weird edge case.

(Sorry for probably useless logfile, I probably opened and closed the game twice before reporting (and finding out I had to include a log file)).

I am not sure how to modify my earned achievements to try and reproduce it. If I understand correctly, earned achievements are not tied to a save file. I cannot find where they are saved in my user data.

Repro:
Delete your achievements in Settings.
Open this save file.
Launch a rocket with a fish.
Press "Finish".
No achievements are awarded.
