[2.0.62] Blueprint preview has no belt animation

As of version 2.0.59, belts in blueprint previews no longer show their animation. Video below shows 2.0.59 and 2.0.58 side by side, showcasing the issue:
This issue still exists on 2.0.62.

I’m discussing internally if they’re supposed to animate in blueprints or not. Nothing code wise explicitly said they were supposed to, just we had no good way to say “it’s in a blueprint, don’t”. Now we do, and so they don’t.
But it’s a simple one line change to make them animate again - if it’s decided that’s what we want them to do.

Holding blueprints to me suggests it's about the ghosts being shown in the map before the blueprint gets placed, not previewing the blueprint in an inventory.

This is now fixed for the next release. It was decided that it's intended and they should animate in the GUI.
