Rail gun destroyed but NO asteroid present

Trying to run to the scattered planet and a rail gun is being destroyed when nothing near it. I watched this happen multiple times. Odd but it is always the same gun.

I no longer have that game. Just redesigned ship and restarted run. Please disregard.
