[2.0.47] Pentapod egg and bacteria crafts can be paused indefinitely without spoiling

You can pause a craft in progress for bacteria or pentapod eggs indefinitely with circuits and it will never spoil, I would have expected it to spoil as it did previously before 2.0.46.
This behaviour was introduced in 2.0.46 due to this "fix" 128341 is it intended that you can now keep things from spoiling just by pausing the biochamber?

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
