[2.0.43] Screen jumps when moving camera with mouse

All 3 of us have noticed really annoying flickering when dragging around the screen with the mouse but it does not happen while scrolling with WASD.
I looked around quite a bit but could not find a solution for this specific behaviour. It only started after the game progressed a bit. We didn't notice the problem until we were like 3-4 Planets in. No Mod, just base game and expansion. The issue got progressively worse.
I've made a short recording of the situation accuring during mouse movement and it not happenign during WASD movement.

After checking the video frame by frame I noticed that for just a single frame the view jumps about this much:
and then jumps back to the position it should be at.

Update 1:
It also seems like the bug gets progressively worse as the server runs because I have just restarted the server and the bug does not seem to appear yet. That would explain why we only noticed it after playing for a while. I will try to figure out how long it takes for the issue to appear. It took about 5 hours after server restart to appear again.

It seems that server restarts don't really help anymore as the issue comes back less than an hour after restarts. It seems to be influenced by how much is going on but this is just guessing at this point.
