[2.0.42] Desync immediately when connecting to server - unmodded

Since updating to 2.0.42 I started getting desyncs connecting to my server.
Two desync reports uploaded:
2025-03-23 I desynced immediately then could reconnect without issue
2025-03-24 multiple times in a row I desynced when connecting. I've attached an excerpt of the server log from the exact moment that the desync occurs. Stopping the server and starting did temporarily solve this issue.
