[2.0.28] Irremovable floor tiles, hidden tile data lost

Some floor tiles seem to have lost their hidden tile data, thus there is no way to remove them.
- tried right click
- tried bots
- tried nuke
So far I have no idea what causes this and thus also no idea how to replicate it.
All I did was deconstruct a large tiled area using bots and these weird patches were left over.

FYI, you should be able to fix this using the map editor.

See
29709 or Google, there are many ways around the achievements issue. If you're lazy though, just post the save and I can fix it for you.

There is literally nothing doable about this bug report at this moment. As you already noticed, there is no hidden tile data for those tiles and in that case cover tiles are not removable because there are not enough details what tile should appear in its place. There are absolutely no details about what iteraction caused them to become what they are or when they were placed, this save file was started in 2.0.10 and since then there were couple of changes around tiles so there is no possibility to decide if they were created in a version where such issue could happen. Moving this to pending. If you get a reproduction steps then there will be something doable about this.
Some concrete tiles cannot be deconstructed

For context I was in the middle of switching bases and had the bots deconstruct like 100k tiles. In the end A few tiles in a section marked by the tag "BUG?"(right of nuclear reactors) remained and could not be removed in any way whatsoever until I got the suggestion to nuke them out of existence which worked.
Video showing the problem:

Reddit thread seeking advice:

Savefile before removing bunch of tiles and old base: "´fuckme" (sorry about the name, didnt intend to actually share the file and I figure its best to keep everything the same to minimise bug-search difficulty
Savefile to play around with where problem exists: "TRY NUKING" (Try nuking since that is the only thing that seems to work)
No mods active except the official Space Age mods that appear when clicking the MODS tab.
Merged...

Duplicate
124960. If you know steps to reproduce this issue that could help prevent future cases of this issue from happening but the save file due to missing hidden tiles is will not be fixed.
