[2.0.23] Rocket won't launch with 300 processing chips

I have a rocket trying to send 300 processing chips, the rocket capacity is 300. The rocket never launches because it is at 999kg/1 ton

It says it's waiting for space in the platform hub, so if you fix that perhaps it will launch?

I tested it, and 300 processing units will indeed launch automatically:

This works because the default custom minimum payload of processing units is 300:

(My guess is it's set to floor(1 ton/item weight), so even if the rocket is not 100% full, as long as no more of the item will fit in it, it will launch; I'd have to make a mod to test this theory properly though).
