[2.0.21] Blueprint content preview offset

If I try to take a Blueprint from the Blueprint provided, the default Blueprint preview is missing the row of heat pipes. weird. its something with the tiles that breaks the preview irreversibly if you check them on and off.

Ref 125931 Blueprint preview with specific blueprint appears initially off-center, 103953 Some blueprints cropped in bp editor (new bp only).
