Despire having 5x Quality III modules in a buliding, which should give me ~12.5% quality, i'm seeing no quality in my items. This is repeatable for multiple item types, but not all. I'm unable to produce quality drones either. In the attached screenshot you can see we've produced more than 600 modules without a single quality upgrade, where we should see about 60+ upgraded ones.

I am successfully producing quality solar/battery using the same buildings and mods, but all of my module types and bots fail to produce quality versions.

I'm able to reproduce this on my local (OSX) saved of the game as well as on my headless (ubuntu) server. There are no 3rd party mods installed. Not sure where to find the logs or save file, but happy to pull those is someone can help walk me through it. The server where this is present is public: 100.20.235.72:34197

Thanks for the report. Speed modules have a negative quality effect and you have several speed beacons around your machines. Remove those if you want to use quality modules.
