Encountered a bug during building my fluids subfactory yesterday. I did not find it through the search, maybe, I didn't quite searched it right, if so, feel free to drop this one.

# Description
When placing a pipe, that would mix 2 fluids, manually it's not possible, because it is restricted.
However, when placing that pipe through pasting/blueprinting, the robots happily build it, which will override one of the 2 fluid networks with the other, leaving one big fluid network.

I am sadly not on my machine right now, so i don't have a image/video/save right now.

# Reproducer
The bug is pretty simple to reproduce (haven't tried on another save, so it may be something save specific, but I was able to reproduce it consistently).

Base Situation:
- 2 Fluid networks, e.g. crude oil and water.
- have a pipe of fluid A
Reproduce bug:
- paste a connected underground pipe of fluid B and a normal pipe next to that and let it be built by robots
- robots will build it, and one of the fluid networks is overriden by the other

quick pictogram
\ underground ending
/ underground beginning
- normal pipe
situation: fluidB---\ ----fluidA
reproducer: fluidB---\ /----fluidA < /- build by robots, should not work, but works and breaks the fluid network.

Hope it's understandable and reproducable for you.
