Rail missalignment for connecting parallel rail-segments

Hi,
there is a weird behaviour of "new" rails when trying to snap from a straight rail to another straight rail in the next possible row in the least possible space, basically the third offset row does not align the same way any other does.

- Here the first segment is a straight rail which is snapped to the next row of straight rail in the least possible space. (the first and last segments are straight rail segments)
- Now if the straight rails are placed in equal steps, the connection is not possible.
- If the end straight rail segment is replaced by a turn, the missalignment becomes more obvious.
