[2.0.10] Deconstruction planner item on ground cannot specify quality

When setting up a deconstruction planner with the "Item on ground" filter from the Unsorted tab, it's possible to set a quality as with any other item. However, it seems that all items on the ground are treated as normal quality, regardless of the actual quality of the item.
  • When the deconstruction planner is set to "= normal", "< uncommon", etc., it will pick up any items on the ground.
  • When the deconstruction planner is set to "> normal", "= uncommon", etc., it will never identify any items on the ground.
This is in contrast with the "Entity ghost" option, which correctly filters ghosts by quality.

Incidentally, this is motivated because I put quality modules into my smelting array and accidentally allowed the quality plates to escape into my factory. I wanted to clean them all up automatically, but it appears that "Item on ground" doesn't work on belted items anyway. It would have been nice if there was a way to clean up only items with the incorrect quality.

Thanks for the report. That is working correctly (item-on-ground does not have quality itself, the item in the item-on-ground does) however that's not a bad suggestion for a change to the behavior. I'm going to move this to ideas and suggestions and when bugs calm down possibly implement this logic.
