Yes please, if you could upload your old save it would be helpful! The non-migrated save, if you still have it?

Edit: Don't worry about the save. Update your mods and it should now work :-)

Thanks for the swift response, I can confirm that it does work now !
There are still a few broken things after the whole update however, though it might just be because I hadn't updated anything in a while. Some things that have been migrated/converted are broken in my generic train signals

Most notably, sulfuric acid, lithium-ion batteries and tungsten ore/carbide/plates icons seem broken along with my lithium that has been deleted instead of being converted. Maybe some of it is due to Bob's mod update itself, but I've included it just in case

On another note not related to the whole update thing, I've noticed that polished blue/red/green crystal splinter are not selectable as an icon in train stop names, making it impossible to use them as train interrupt generic items. Only the cut version is available, even though both are selectable in the circuit condition of the train stop

They both share the same icon, so maybe this is what causes the issue in the first place ? In any case, I've still linked my old save file before the update if you want to check the migration log or test out the broken train stop icons

I've reported this to Wube as a base game bug. Migrations aren't replacing rich text in train stop names. No idea if they will accept it as bug or just say "That is how it works". We'll see. viewtopic.php?t=133793

This was a migration bug in Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates mod. I've updated it. So if you wanted to update it then re-migrate you won't lose all your Lithium.

Yes, I'm pretty sure this is caused by them having the same icon. I'll have to ask Kira (our friendly artist) to create some new icons. Logged here: https://github.com/Arch666Angel/mods/issues/1307

In the meantime if you do want to have the polished variants in train stop names, you can do it by typing the rich text tag out manually rather than picking it.

It's a pretty nice workaround ! Thanks again for the quick fixes, the rest of the migration has gone pretty smoothly after the last updates
Gotta say, I really like the mods as well, thank you for your work on them !

Angel's mods used to add their own Sulfuric Acid. Now they use the base game fluid instead (better for mod compatibility). You have a mod which is still assuming the old fluid exists and is adding it to a recipe. The other mod needs to be updated.

I have this problem too and the thing is then i switch off angel's petrochem problem disapears, so .. And only mods which need petrochem are other angel's mods, so or it's petrochem or some other angel's mod is broken

Are all of your mods up to date? If they are, then I promise it isn't one of Angel's mod 😆

If you send your mod list, I can try pick out the problem mod for you.

I think this is there since the early days of the mod: wood-sawing-2 and 3 are just more expensive than the first recipe in every perspective. Alone the grindstone is more expensive in iron plates than the additional amount of sawblades you need for wood-sawing-1 lat alone the horrible long crafting time for the petri dishes and the complicated fish and bacteria chains which need a lot of chemical products for themselves.

I'm running Angel's Petrochem together with Space Age and Scrappy Chemistry (using the remix recipes).

Several recipes from Scrappy Chemistry appear to become inaccessible because they are attached to the vanilla sulfur-processing technology, while Angel's replaces that technology with angels-sulfur-processing-1.

Examples:
Sour Gas Sweetening
Impure Fuel
Coal Digestion

The recipes exist and can be found in Factoripedia, but they show no technology unlock and cannot be crafted in-game.

From what I could trace, Angel's contains:

OV.global_replace_technology("sulfur-processing", "angels-sulfur-processing-1")

My assumption is that recipes added by other mods to sulfur-processing are not being migrated to the replacement technology, leaving them without any unlock.

Is this expected behavior, or should recipes attached to sulfur-processing automatically be moved to angels-sulfur-processing-1 when the replacement occurs?

Yes, I know. A lot of the recipe chains need an overhaul - particularly around bioprocessing. It is on my list! Along with many many other things ...

Yes, you're correct about what is happening. However even if the recipe unlocks were moved over, things probably still wouldn't work well. Angel's is not designed to work with other mods that also overhaul the petrochem recipes.

I'm getting this eror as well, I haven't updates my mods since May, and it worked yesterday, Today I decided to update everything and the error started to show up. I'm running Angel's/Bob, when I disable all mods and stay within SpaceAge vanilla only Factorio works, I tried turnng on each mod in order, and "Angel's Space Age Compatibility" is the one that crashes... (i didn't even activated any mod other than Angel's) Once I deactivated that mod, it loaded correctly but I dont' know what I'm missing... Thanks in advance

Yes, you are correct. There are multiple posts on it's mod portal page alerting the mod dev that they need to update their mod.
